★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los encargados de mostrador son muy eficaces y atentos no importando que llegues minutos antes del cierre. FELICIDADES ES UN MUY BUEN EQUIPO y manejan equidad de género al contratar encargadas de mostrador y cajas.
The counter attendants are very efficient and attentive no matter that you arrive minutes before closing. CONGRATULATIONS IT'S A VERY GOOD TEAM and they manage gender equity by hiring counter and checkout managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte de los empleados mandé a ponerle un balero a un pulidor y quedaron de entregar Melo otro día y hablé con el encargado del taller para ver si ya estaba y me comentó que todavía ni lo revisaban que no tenía tiempo y ayer que fui todos estaban sentados platicando y le dije que si me lo podia llevar y me dijo que tenía que pagar lo del diagnóstico pero como le dije si ni lo han tocado ni hecho maná y se molestó el señor y aparte yo mandé ponerle un balero no hacerle un chequeo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, siempre tengo que esperar 30 minutos para que me atiendan en taller, aun cuando he ido a comprar aparatos grandes no me atienden con rapidez, y para terminar el encargado Cuauhtemoc está en mostrador y no hace nada por ayudarte, le dices buenas tardes repetidamente y te ignora. Soy cliente desde 2017 y estas últimas dos semanas he ido 4 veces de las cuales 2 he tenido que hablar a taller desde mi celular aun cuando estoy parado frente a mostrador para que salgan a recibir la herramienta, porque nadie puede avisarles a los de taller. Espero mejoren en el trato al cliente así como sus respuestas pasivo-agresivas por aquí.
