Aunque son muchas casas por Closter, la alberca tiene un tamaño adecuado por lo que estarás nadando debajo de las piernas de nadie...
Tiene lugar de estacionamiento por casa, y los mismos sirven para visitas (no hay restricción para ocuparlos) ya que es difícil que se junten todos los habitantes de las casas al mismo tiempo.
Las casas son gemelas de dos niveles, dos recámaras y hay dos baños completos.
Todas las casas tienen acceso directo a la alberca. Hay baños públicos para la alberca.
