There is construction going on right now, and they are building another building that connects to Solea as it seems, so some days construction is very loud and pretty disturbing. but if you are not trying to sleep or record sound in the middle of the day it should be fine.
T	Tim Osawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here for a while now and all in all my experience has been positive. It's a well maintained and sanitary complex with a very nice rooftop area. The staff have been great, they come and go pretty frequently. Sandra, the woman who currently works the front desk speaks English and has been super helpful. Some construction going on next door so expect a little noise, but from my experience no matter where you go downtown your gonna have something going on. This place is nice because at night it stays pretty quite, but your still close to all the action. Living next to the workout stadium will help keep you in shape ;)
W	Wieland Arlt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indeed a perfect place to stay. The area is packed with new buildings, but well developed already. The pool is fantastic and saves you from seagrass events. Also, service is outstanding. Water gets delivered for 20 Pesos, so you don´t have to carry. The Gym is modern, but more for cardio, although you have some dumbells here as well. A good Gym is Evolve at the 24th. On your way to it you can drop you laundry and have a bite, too. I would return. Into the loud and crowded center it takes a walk of 20 Minutes. I always choose the fun track of 5th Avenida.
