El sabado de la semana pasada fui a esta tienda y me compre una pulsera de 190 pesos y un collar de 150. Pague todo con tarjeta y sali de la tienda llevando la pulsera puesta, camine 5 minutoa y un señor que me acerca y me dio algo que que habia caido... ¡la pulsera! Al examinar el producto descubri que se habia zafado un eslabon que conformaba la pulsera sin poder arreglarla facilmente puesto que no fue el broche sino un defecto en la estructura de la pulsera. Regrese a la tienda y localice a la señorita que me la habia vendido, y despues de que ella la vio me dijo que parecia defecto de fabrica. Me llevo a la caja donde habia dos señoras y explico lo que habia sucedido. Ellas me hicieron muchas preguntas: si se me habia atorado ,si se me habia golpeado,etc. Despues de explicar que nada le habia pasado a la pulsera, finalmente tambien aceptaron que era un producto defectuoso dada la naturaleza del percance. Solicite amablemente el reembolso del valor de la pulsera, mas me dijeron lo siguiente "no le podemos devolver el dinero porque el pago fue con tarjeta; si cancelamos el pago le caeria el dinero en su cuenta hasta dentro de 40 dias asi que no lo vamos a hacer" yo espere unos segundos para que me ofrecieran una solucion, mas se quedaron calladas lo que me dio a entender que no me iban a ofrecer ninguna compensacion . Solicité una respuesta puesto que el producto estaba defectuoso y yo pagué el precio completo. Después de que lo comentaron entre ellas en voz baja sin yo poder escuchar que decian, me ofrecieron que tomara otro producto del mismo precio. Una vez más pedí la devolución del dinero, puesto que yo ya no.confiaba ni en la marca ni en sus productos. En conclusión, la única solución fue agarrar un producto de valor similar. Después de un largo rato finalmente se quedaron el ticket y me ofrecieron una disculpa de mala gana. No recomiendo esta tienda ya que los productos que adquirí salieron defectuosos y no me hicieron la devolución del dinero, además el trato al cliente me decepcionó ya que sentí la mala vibra del personal.

Kindly request a refund of the value of the bracelet, but they told me the following "we cannot return the money because the payment was by card; if we cancel the payment, the money will fall in your account within 40 days so we will not to do "I waited a few seconds for them to offer me a solution, but they remained silent which gave me to understand that they were not going to offer me any compensation. I asked for an answer since the product was defective and I paid full price. After they discussed it among themselves in a low voice without my being able to hear what they were saying, they offered me to take another product of the same price. Once again I asked for the money back, since I no longer trusted the brand or its products. In conclusion, the only solution was to grab a product of similar value. After a long time they finally took the ticket and offered me a reluctant apology. I do not recommend this store since the products I purchased were defective and they did not give me a refund, also the customer service disappointed me as I felt the bad vibes of the staff.
