Me vendieron un producto defectuoso y salí insultada de la tienda y con empujónes por parte de la encargada. Razón por la cual levanté queja en la administración y acudiré a PROFECO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo,Mercancía defectuosa el día 5 de Sep de este año compré unas pulceras plateadas que se decoloraron a cobre, con una puesta, no se mojaron y tuvieron buen uso, hoy fui a devolverlas 5 dias después a Reforma 222 y la empleada de la caja dice que no hay devoluciones que es la política de Soley, le comenté que no era justo, que lo podía hacer viral y me dijo que adelante , que ellos no cambiaban mercancía defectuosa. Llevo tiempo comprando en Lindavista nunca tuve problemas y hoy salieron con esto esto es muy triste no compren en Soley, si te quieres llevar un mal sabor de boca visita el de reforma 222 , te venderán artículos defectuosos.
