EXCELLENT SERVICE IN CARE, AS WELL AS THE QUALITY OF FURNITURE ..... I RECOMMEND IT..-

Very bad service. On the part of the owner, Gerardo García and his team. I hired them for an event, I paid them the advance as they request it immediately. The very day of the event they had not written to me, it was 1pm, my event was at 7 pm, when I wrote to see the delivery time, they told me that they were not going to deliver because one of the load-lifters a day before was positive to COVID and they stopped service. 1- Unfortunately the subject of COVID is unexpected and I understand the situation, what I do not understand is because they do not notify you at the moment that they will not give you service, if I had not written to them I do not know how they would have notified me. 2- I asked them for a refund of my advance, this was on August 28, we are on September 8 and they tell me that "the owner does not give them an answer", then they give me the owner's cell phone and he tells me that after a while it will be A week ago, he hasn't answered my calls and now he's not on WhatsApp either. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Do not hire them, I recommend MTY EVENTOS, similar or cheaper prices, exceptional customer service, punctuality and quality (much better furniture).
