- atención rapida

Puntos malos
- muy bruscos al trabajar (me golpearon y tallaron los rines)
- no te explican los trabajos (a mi me gusta que me expliquen todo lo que le hacen al coche al finalizar para ver los cambios)
- cuando llegue mi coche estaba afuera del taller
A simple vista se ve que se realizó un buen trabajo. La alineación siento que puede mejorar (no la siento al 100 alineado).

Bad points
- very rough when working (they beat me and carved the wheels)
- they do not explain the work to you (I like that they explain to me everything they do to the car at the end to see the changes)
- when I arrived my car was outside the workshop
At first glance you can see that a good job was done. The alignment I feel that it can improve (I do not feel it 100 aligned).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia no me gustó que primero me dan información de lo que necesito y me dan un precio por teléfono y llegando al taller me lo cambian a más del doble y todavía me dice el que me atendió si quiere ir a marmolejo a qué me atiendan que está como a 3 cuadras de solo suspensiónes y porsupuesto fui y la atención y el precio del servicio solicitado fue mucho mejor que con ellos menos de la mitad
In my experience I did not like that first they give me information about what I need and they give me a price over the phone and when I arrive at the workshop they change it to more than double and the person who attended me still tells me if he wants to go to marmolejo to see what they can help me with. which is like 3 blocks from only suspension and of course I went and the attention and the price of the requested service was much better than with them less than half

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me acaban de negar el servicio en este establecimiento, del cual hace días les lleve mi carro para revisar los ruidos que traía la suspensión y me lo entregaron a medias, ya que se seguía escuchando parte del ruido que se supone se les pago para reparar, al llevarlo a garantía me lo repararon del ruido, días después lo quise llevar para otro servicio y me dijeron que estaba vetado, básicamente me corrieron del lugar !!! Pero ni dan la cara ni dicen el porque hicieron eso... Deberían de tener más responsabilidad en la garantía a sus clientes!!! que el servicio no es muy barato que digamos y salen con esas cosas, .. Jamás vuelvo a poner un pie aqui
I have just been denied service at this establishment, from which I took my car a few days ago to check the noise that the suspension brought and they gave it to me half, since part of the noise that they were supposed to be paid to repair was still being heard. When I took it to warranty they repaired it from the noise, days later I wanted to take it for another service and they told me that it was banned, basically they kicked me out of the place!!! But they don't show their faces or say why they did that... They should have more responsibility in the guarantee to their customers!!! that the service is not very cheap to say and they come out with those things, .. I never set foot here again
