★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre voy a ésta sucursal porque me dan un buen trato, y por la cercanía al metro. Recomiendo mucho no conozco muchas pero en general brindan buen servicio y buena calidad de impresos. Lo que me gusta es que nunca fallan en tiempo, sus entregas están bien estipuladas, en comparación con otros lugares de alrededores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable que elijan esta sucursal, solo tarjetas tiene su fama pero hay muchísimas mejores opciones, ya sea en los alrededores de esta sucursal o en otras zonas, el peor problema no vendría siendo los precios ya que tampoco son tan elevados (hay establecimientos con mejores), el tema aquí es la atención, que es pésima como vengo leyendo en muchas opiniones acá , los tiempos de entrega no son ni de cerca los que prometen, y lo que es peor aun no hay un encargado ni nadie ahí que vigile que la atención al cliente sea la indicada o que si hay un problema alguien mas lo resuelva, se encuentran dos "diseñadoras" (eso dicen, su conocimiento deja mucho que desear) y hacen prácticamente lo que les da la gana, bastante prepotentes por lo menos una de ellas, si se topan con Citlalli yo me lo pensaría dos veces antes de mandar a imprimir algo importante ahí, espero los ayude y no se dejen engañar

No vuelvo a tomar en cuenta a este negocio para que hagan sus trabajos empezando por la atención prepotente y mal trato.
