★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con muy buen servicio y cumplen con los tiempos de entrega. Se ha vuelto mi proveedor de impresiones a alto volumen. Me gusta mucho que tienen formatos con tamaños predefinidos que uno puede usar, mandar todo vía electrónica, incluyendo el pago y solo pasar a recoger el día y hora indicado. Hasta el momento siempre han cumplido la fecha y hora de entrega lo cual es bueno.
They have very good service and meet delivery times. It has become my provider of high volume printing. I really like that they have formats with predefined sizes that one can use, send everything electronically, including payment, and just pick up the day and time indicated. So far they have always met the delivery date and time which is good.

Speed and good service. I asked them to color the back in black 2 times and they didn't do it. They can improve, every customer counts.

Cambiaron la fecha de entrega tres veces, luego enviamos dos veces a los chóferes de la empresa porque decían que tenían listo todo y los regresaban sin nada. Se les dio todos los medios de contacto (Correo electrónico, teléfono de la oficina e incluso celular personal) para que nos informarán de alguna novedad y no se comunicaron nunca, tenía que andar uno hablando para preguntar y se molestaban porque les hablábamos tanto.
Lousy care service.
They changed the delivery date three times, then we sent the company's drivers twice because they said they had everything ready and returned them with nothing. They were given all the means of contact (Email, office telephone and even personal cell phone) so that they could inform us of any news and they never communicated, one had to talk to ask and they got annoyed because we talked to them so much.
