★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa que se ha transformado y crecido enormemente, tengo años trabajando con ellos y si han mejorado bastante aunque, si algo no me agrada en la sucursal Payno es que no hay quien te reciba, salude y te de la bienvenida. Uno entra a la sucursal y nadie te pela todos los de mostrador te ignoran y se clavan en su computadora para evitarte, ya que les preguntas aunque se muestran amables son muy secos. Les doy tres estrellas porque tienen que mejorar mucho en esa parte pues es primordial para las ventas en cualquier tipo de negocio o empresa. Los precios son buenos y competitivos y las garantías se han vuelto más sólidas.
A company that has been transformed and grown enormously, I have been working with them for years and if they have improved a lot though, if I don't like something at the Payno branch it is that there is no one to receive you, greet and welcome you. One enters the branch and nobody strips all the counter ignore you and dig into your computer to avoid you, since you ask them although they are friendly they are very dry. I give them three stars because they have to improve a lot in that part because it is essential for sales in any type of business or company. The prices are good and competitive and the guarantees have become stronger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Acudí pq leí buenas recomendaciones pero fue todo lo contrario. La chica que atiende no es de mucha ayuda y no brinda orientación de ningún tipo. No sé si solo es servicio para personas que ya saben como se solicita el servicio pero a mi me fue terrible. Ya con mi pedido pagado, preferí regresar al momento y cancelar pq en realidad sólo pagué por algo que no sabía ni como iba a quedar. Mi error fue aceptar el cargo cuando no estaba a gusto desde un inicio.
Very bad experience. I went because I read good recommendations but it was the opposite. The girl who attends is not very helpful and does not provide guidance of any kind. I do not know if it is only a service for people who already know how to request the service but it was terrible for me. With my order paid, I preferred to go back to the moment and cancel because in reality I only paid for something that I did not know or how it was going to be. My mistake was accepting the position when I was not comfortable from the beginning.
