Venden los equipos con cartuchos remanufacturados en lugar de con originales como se le piden. Equipos nuevos con defecto. Por último, el personal no tiene capacitación para atender a los clientes.
Terrible service. They do not quote what they are asked for, besides they do not have technical knowledge for the start-up. They sell the equipment with remanufactured cartridges instead of originals as requested. New equipment with defect. Finally, the staff does not have training to serve customers.
