Lo único que no me gustó fue el servicio que tienen, y no es que atiendan mal. Compré varias cajas de frascos con sus tapas, y al estar emparejando frascos y tapas, resulta que faltaron dos tapas.
Ya he comprado en otros lados, y siempre, o me dan tapas de más, o las que corresponde, y si me daban de menos, en la siguiente vuelta me las compensaban.
Aquí no, llamé para notificarles que les faltaron las dos tapas, y me dijeron que era mi responsabilidad contar que estuvieran completas, que a mi gusto es responsabilidad de ellos entregar lo que pagaste. Y que a la otra compre mejor tapas de más por si acaso.
Si seguiré comprando ahí, por cercanía, precio y variedad, pero ya no confiaré en sus procesos, aunque abra caja por caja y cuente tapa por tapa...

Not here, I called to notify them that they were missing the two covers, and they told me that it was my responsibility to tell that they were complete, that to my liking it is their responsibility to deliver what you paid for. And that the other buy better tapas of more just in case.
Yes, I will continue to buy there, due to proximity, price and variety, but I will no longer trust their processes, even if I open box by box and count cover by cover ...

Las medidas de seguridad son muy buenas ya que todo se hace a una buena distancia y con trato amable y muy rápido.
Tienen poca variedad de productos pero bien exhibidos, por lo que creo son más especialistas en botes de conservas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el producto y los precios pero el servicio es muy lento. Hay que corretear gente por correo para que te den las cotizaciones. Te responden mucho más rápido escribiendo por whatsapp. Aceotan pago con tc y transferencia.
I like the product and the prices but the service is very slow. You have to run around people by mail to get the quotes. They respond much faster to you by writing on whatsapp. They accept payment with tc and transfer.
