Sin embargo, el producto otorgado no fue revisado del todo por los mecánicos de Solo Volks, por lo que me dio mucha lata. Tuve que llevar el auto con otro mecánico para solucionar el problema y obviamente, gastar más dinero en algo que debió salir bien la primera vez.
Los mecánicos que trabajan ahi tienen que ser más conscientes del trabajo que están realizando y verificar que todo haya salido bien antes de entregarlo al cliente. Como cliente, estoy pagando por un servicio que debería estar al 100% al momento de ser entregado, pero lamentablemente no fue así.
 You drive your car trusting that the service and product you are buying is of good quality. However, the awarded product was not checked at all by Solo Volks mechanics, so it bothered me. I had to take the car to another mechanic to fix the problem and obviously spend more money on something that should have gone right the first time.
The mechanics who work there have to be more aware of the work they are doing and verify that everything has gone well before handing it over to the customer. As a customer, I am paying for a service that should be 100% when delivered, but unfortunately it was not.
