★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa como Lenovo tiene como encargado de sus garantias a una empresa incompetente, sin ningun interes del cliente y su informacion. Soltic es una empresa mala, mal trato al cliente, mala informacion al consumidor y una falta de etica profesional.
Y lo peor de todo es que culpan a lenovo de su ineptitud
mas de 10 dias para decirme algo que ya sabia el teclado no sirve lo acabamos de pedir y se tardara de 7 a 10 dias HABILES y para colmo formatearon el equipo.
A company like Lenovo is responsible for its guarantees to an incompetent company, without any interest of the client and his information. Soltic is a bad company, bad customer service, bad consumer information and a lack of professional ethics.
And worst of all, they blame Lenovo for their ineptitude
More than 10 days to tell me something that I already knew the keyboard does not work we just asked for it and it will take 7 to 10 business days and to top it off they formatted the equipment.
