Tuvieron mi laptop por 1 semana, tenía que estar llamando porque ellos no lo hacen, y me diagnosticaron que mi laptop tenia la tarjeta madre dañada, me cobraron $600. De inmediato la llevo a otro lugar por una segunda opinión y en menos de 30 minutos mi laptop estaba lista y operando correctamente y no tenía nada que ver la tarjeta madre. Volví para reclamar y me queda más que claro que el "ingeniero" no sabe dar mantenimientos correctivos a computadoras.
Terrible experience in attention, service attitude and technical knowledge. They had my laptop for 1 week, I had to be calling because they don't, and they diagnosed me that my laptop had a damaged motherboard, they charged me $ 600. I immediately took it to another place for a second opinion and in less than 30 minutes my laptop was up and running correctly and I had nothing to do with the motherboard. I returned to complain and it is more than clear to me that the "engineer" does not know how to give corrective maintenance to computers.
