b	barbas gd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo compre una casa y la constructora me regalo la cocina muy basica por cierto, la modifique de modo que se viera un poco mas decente y pues me sacaron un ojo de la cara, aparte el trato de la chava en persona fue excelente pero ya en mensaje o llamada es de lo mas cortante al grado que ser grosera y sin darte solución, ellos según se basan en su contrato y no te resuelven nada pero aaaaaaa eso si te avisan para que les pagues si no se recorre una semana mas para que te instalen, la verdad lo vuelvo a comprar nada con los de BRIKEN, buscare por otro lado, gente escuchen y lean bien los comentarios si uno se toma un tiempo en escribirlos tomenlo en cuenta... Se siguen muy bien los protocolos de seguridad por covid. El personal es amable. Podrían ser más flexibles en las peticiones de los clientes. Es poco creíble que siendo una fábrica de cocinas no puedan fabricar módulos sobre medida, ni puedan conseguir diferentes tipos de melamina. Los tiempos de instalación son largos y piden el pago completo antes de instalar. Cobran el 5% de recargo por pago con terminal bancaria. Es cierto que avanzamos 1 duda por día..jajajja.. increíbles! Contestan 1 mensaje por día! Y cero llamadas! Lo peor! Eso si antes q nada te reclaman el pago entero! Y tienes que esperar a que cuando ellos quieren te lo instalan! Encima me desinstalaron la tarja que estaba funcionando perfecto y no la vuelven a poner bien. La cocina la entregan y la fijan pero nunca hacen la instalación de gas!!! SINVERGUENZAS!! El calendario disponible para estas citas se restringe a dos días y con horario de atención muy limitado, volví a llamar para confirmar esto y si, me dicen que tienen muuuuucho trabajo, que siga revisando a ver cuando podrían abrir más citas y poder atenderme.
