I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Ramirez. He is an excellent dentist. He is a perfectionist in his field. He is kind, professional and through with his explanations + his prices are reasonable. If you need a dentist in the Merida area don't hesitate to contact him. You won't be disappointed.

I came and had an appointment but then he says he doesn’t have the product available to do it and requested I paid a deposit after wasting my time going there. I left without saying much but what bothered me mostly was that I told him my dat service is bad in the area and if I could borrow his WiFi and he said sorry that it’s only for internal uses... left me stranded!

There are so many great things to say about Doctor Ramirez and I have so much appreciation for him. He is an excellent dentist who provides high-quality work and really cares about his patients and their health. He is honest, skilled at what he does, and his prices are very fair. His office is in a nice building with many holistic services. The atmosphere is very relaxing, everything is clean, pleasant, and the service is excellent. Finding Doctor Ramirez was huge blessing for me and I highly recommend him!

Posting another bad review because the owner of the business commented the following which is not true, I wore a mask appropriately and gave him all of my details. When he said "didn't give truthful information" it really was because he forgot to write down my phone number when I made an appointment to call me ahead of time that he does not have the product. But once again, not my fault and he choose to blame me." This person didn't give truthful information about his identity. Besides the use of a mask was required for service and he wasn't using it correctly. The treatment he was requesting couldn't be done since his gums weren't in good condition. He was requesting a teeth whitening.

Great dentist! Super nice, clean facility, and fair pricing. We were in Merida on vacation and decided to get our teeth cleaned and also get our daughter a cleaning for the first time ever. Everything went perfect. Thanks very much!

Great dentist, honest and very patient. He gives u different options, tells you what he recommends but helps u make the right decision for yourself. His office is very clean and professional. Scheduling appointments is always easy.
