Cualquier otro empleo es mejor que este no mal ganten su tiempo en ir a este lugar a una entrevista. No envían notificaciones todo la Informacion que tienen de supuestas visitas es falsa ya que en el domicilio se mantuvieron todos los pagos de los servicios y nunca recibí una notificación de parte de ellos avisando que tenían asignado parte de un crédito ni en el domicilio, email y por teléfono dan números que no reconozco tener registrados ( cabe mencionar que se tiene al corriente de hipoteca bancaria y todos los servicios) ellos son la única excepción y se excusan dicendo que es tu responsabilidad pagar. El trabajo de ellos es hacer que aumente tanto el interés. Pésimos gestores de cobranza cuando se les está dicendo que se pagara el 100% de ese crédito. Por mi desgracia me atendió Elvia Espinosa a la cual no contacte en la primer llamada y hasta la segunda solo porque roge ser atendida porque no tiene llamadas foráneas. Logre contactarlos porque investigue todos los despachos jurídicos y en uno de todos los que hablé me dieron el nombre de este el cual Google y fue la forma que tuve mi primer contacto. No me estoy negando a pagar solo que tengo el derecho de saber porque el monto esta tan elevado , aunado a que el crédito del INFIERNOVIT tiene 10 años mas que el crédito bancario una anomalía más. Nunca había visto una empresa de cobranza que ofrezca una solución peor que la del mismo INFIERNOVIT. No confíes y revisa antes puedes encontrar mejores opciones. Capaciten mejor a sus ejecutivos pésimo servicio, tiene que ser más abiertos a escuchar y dar soluciones que al final tanto al cliente como a ustedes convenga......son demasiados cuadrados, empaticos e indiferentes.
