Hace aproximadamente 2 años llamé al Sr Luis Manuel Elizondo, supuesto dueño, para reportarle una fuga de agua en la conexión al tanque de almacenamiento de agua en un par de tubos del boiler solar de 20 tubos de vacío, fabricado en China, que le compré tiempo atrás, el cuál me comentó que me llamaría para darle seguimiento y atender el problema. Nunca me llamó ni acudió a mi domicilio para atender el asunto y dejó de responder o atender mis llamadas telefónicas. Dado lo anterior, después de un mes decidí acudir al sitio donde sabía que estaban establecidos y oh sorpresa, ya se habían mudado. Después de un tiempo decidí volver a buscar la tienda y los localicé donde ahora se ubican y operan en Av Fidel Velázquez 402, Nueva Morelos, Mty, NL. Obvio que busqué y pedí hablar con el Sr Elizondo, el cuál no podía atenderme en este momento y una Srita de nombre Silvia Valenzuela quien estaba en el mostrador, me "atendió" o escuchó mi solicitud, que sólo consistió en pedirles que dado que el boiler adquirido no funcionaba correctamente, por favor fueran a repararlo o que simplemente lo desinstalaran y se lo llevaran (ya no me interesaba conservarlo), sin que ello me generara costo para mi y que no reclamaría la garantía supuesta que tenía y que hasta les emitiría una carta liberándolos de toda responsabilidad. Después de insistir telefónicamente numerosas ocasiones para conocer la respuesta del Sr Elizondo (pasaron más de 5 semanas), la Srita Valenzuela me informó que podrían llevar a cabo mi solicitud, cobrando el servicio de la desinstalación y retiro del boiler. Cómo ven la desfachatez del Sr Elizondo?... todavía que fue muy informal y omiso ante mi reporte mucho tiempo atrás el Sr Elizondo, todavía quiere cobrar por desinstalar y llevarse su lamentable producto, increíble! Ustedes saben si se arriesgan a comprar algo a esa tienda o lo que represente el Sr. Luis Manuel Elizondo, no tiene vergüenza ese Sr!
