No lo recomiendo por mi experiencia y seré lo más honesto posible. Tuve la desafortunada suerte de tener una mala experiencia con ellos. Previamente nos habían recomendado muy bien su servicio y nos mantuvimos con esa expectativa. Para ese momento, íbamos a tener un evento en nuestra organización y quisimos mandar a hacer unas camisas conmemorativas. Solicitamos un servicio "expréss" para una docena de playeras azules con serigrafía y hasta ese momento todo marchaba bien. Llegado la fecha para recoger el servicio, un viernes por la tarde, me comentan que 4 unidades habían salido defectuosas y ya no contaban con playeras del mismo color para reponernosla. Cabe mencionar que al menos 10 piezas eran imprescindibles, por lo que nos ofrecieron la opción de hacerlas en color blanco y con otro tipo de trabajo, para lo que accedimos. Recogimos las que habían salido bien y nos "regalaron" las defectuosas. Al regresar por las reposiciones, me comentan que únicamente les quedó material para hacer dos playeras y que las otras dos me las darían después (afortunadamente alcanzaba a cubrir una pieza por persona). Revisando nuevamente las 10 unidades que tenía, me percaté que 3 playeras más habían salido defectuosas y NO lo comentaron. Entonces, en total habían sido 7 piezas malas en total. Al final, no pude omitir esas últimas y las tuve que usar para cubrir el evento. Al siguiente viernes, voy con ellos para regresarles una pieza dañada y los detalles para las reposiciones (tallas). Espere DOS semanas para que me repusieran 3 playeras, recordándoles y solicitándoles fechas para recoger por ellas, sin insistir ni exigir. Días después, me dan un fecha para recoger las reposiciones y cuando llega el día, me solicitan la MISMA información que ya les había dado desde hace dos semanas y todavía me dicen que no tenían una talla que había solicitado. De verdad que esto último no tiene palabras. Accedí a lo que tuvieran porque ya no quería lidiar con ellos. Cabe mencionar que siempre se comportaron amables y no fueron en ningún momento groseros, pero su calidad en el servicio deja que desear.
I do not recommend it from my experience and I will be as honest as possible. I was unfortunate enough to have a bad experience with them. They had previously recommended their service to us very well and we remained with that expectation. At that time, we were going to have an event in our organization and we wanted to have commemorative shirts made. We requested an "express" service for a dozen blue silkscreen T-shirts and so far everything was going well. When the date to collect the service arrived, one Friday afternoon, they told me that 4 units had been defective and they no longer had shirts of the same color to replace them. It is worth mentioning that at least 10 pieces were essential, so they offered us the option of making them in white and with another type of work, for which we agreed. We collected the ones that had gone well and "gave us" the defective ones. When they returned for the reruns, they told me that they only had material left to make two shirts and that the other two would be given to me later (fortunately I could cover one piece per person). Reviewing the 10 units I had again, I noticed that 3 more shirts had been defective and they did NOT comment on it. So, in total it had been 7 bad pieces in total. In the end, I couldn't skip those last ones and had to use them to cover the event. The following Friday, I go with them to return a damaged piece and the details for the replacements (sizes). I waited TWO weeks for them to replace 3 shirts, reminding them and requesting dates to pick them up for them, without insisting or demanding. Days later, they give me a date to pick up the replacements and when the day arrives, they request the SAME information that I had already given them for two weeks and they still tell me that they did not have a size that I had requested. The latter is really wordless. I agreed to whatever they had because I no longer wanted to deal with them. It is worth mentioning that they were always friendly and were not rude at any time, but their quality of service leaves something to be desired.
