★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos encontrado las piezas que buscamos pero en la atención al cliente pésimo, nos dejan en visto por mensaje y hasta horas después con suerte y responden y si no ni eso,por llamada me dejan en espera por más de 15min y al final cuelgan, y si ya reconocen el número ya ni responden hasta que quieren. En verdad deben de tener mejor calidad en servicio al cliente. Por qué así por más que tengan buenos precios y las piezas, la gente se va por su mala atención.
We have found the pieces we are looking for but in the lousy customer service, they leave us in seen by message and until hours later with luck and they answer and if not even that, by call they leave me on hold for more than 15 minutes and in the end they hang up, and if they already recognize the number they don't even answer until they want to. They really should have better quality customer service. Why is it that even though they have good prices and parts, people leave because of their bad attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 7 de enero del 2022, recibí una cotización para una bomba de agua Ford Transit 2013 2.2L, que solicite. El 11 de enero realice la transferencia para la compra de la refacción, la recibí. A la hora de colocarla era diferente el modelo, les compartí el numero de serie y una imagen de la bomba que es, pero al parecer no cuentan con ella. Solicite la devolución de mi dinero, pero me dicen que no pueden hacer devoluciones en efectivo, que queda como saldo a favor. Entonces qué tipo de garantía dan? No es la refacción, se las debo regresar y yo me quedo con saldo a favor de $2, 850.00.
Nosotros de que nos sirve tener una refacción que no es o un saldo a favor? Es mucho pedir que se realice la devolución vía transferencia, el numero de factura es 4349 con fecha 12012022, espero que me den una respuesta.
