★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience and wonderful customer service. We originally wanted a topless-car, but realized later it was only a manual transmission. They helped us reserve an automatic within an hour of emailing the request. They dropped the car off at our resort so we didn't have to get a taxi to their downtown location.
Two confusing things that happened were where to pickup the car since they couldn't come onto the resort. I feel bad that we were technically late since we went someone else. However, the place we went to was a secondary SolyMar Rentals location. They only rent scooters at that location though. But both people were very helpful and we got our vehicle pretty quickly.
The car was gas efficient, ran smoothly, and had awesome AC. Next time, we are going to try the scooters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So in the end, I didn't take the scooter. It was classic bait and switch and dishonesty combined. They agreed to all insurances, I check somewhere else. Then come back. They ask for money, for driver's license etc. Then I'm Told to talk over to another office. There the guy wants to charge me 5 per day for liability, 6 for roadside, and on and on.. I was going to pay more for insurances than for the scooter. These guys are shifty. The scooter they were going to give me looked ancient. They did give me my money back. I would not do business with these guys. Will try to add a photo later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time renting from them with no issues. Multi-day rate for a scooter was $18/day, all inclusive. We didn’t have any problems with a quick pick-up or drop-off, although we took lots of photos in case of any conflict. Thanks for the service!

Spent $20, scooter was in great shape, ran well, and felt safe at 60km/hr, it did have a little body damage from a previous renter but wasn’t an issue for us. The scooter arrived full and handled a driver and passenger easily.They picked up and dropped off at my hotel. The contract was simple and included insurance. Would rent a scooter from them again.
