En 1989 nace Grupo Soma con la misión de brindar a sus clientes y amigos una excelente calidad de servicio con el objeto para minimizar el costo y tiempo que representa el dar mantenimiento a los vehículos.
Para esto, se crea el sistema Mi Auto, el cual consta de un mantenimiento integral que reúne todos los aspectos preventivos necesarios para cada vehículo, así como el valet a domicilio y oficina, tanto de recepción como de entrega.
Actualmente, grupo soma consta de tres centros de servicio con una superficie mayor de 6,000 m2, ubicados en puntos estratégicos para dar un servicio mas oportuno y de mayor calidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención te citan a una hora y te atienden una hora después, los valedores son muy cortantes y para meter papeles no te dan la información completa hasta que llegas al lugar y te piden copias y más documentos no volveré a ese taller que me mando mi aseguradora por cierto qualitas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio yo les sugiero que si su seguro los manda a este disque taller pidan otro son lentos para disque reparar y no igualan el tono de pintura de el auto cundo lo pintan la pintura queda choreada es un pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo para nada mejor vayan con el ojalatero de su colonia trabaja mejor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno hasta ahorita bien fuimos por parte de la aseguradora a ese taller y la atención buena pero tengo que hablar el lunes y martes para saber si están las piesas para llevarlo a reparar y si no hasta que lleguen las piezas y como el auto esta financiado no nesecitava cita y fui a principios de de marzo el vigilante de la mañana digo que tenía que ir en veinte días para que me atendieran y como el vigilante creo que no sabe pero 20 días por que yo no nesecitava cita pero bueno ay gente que no sabe dar informes haver que sucede en el proceso ojo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás permitan que su seguro los mande a este taller, mi camioneta lleva 2 meses aquí y no me la pueden entregar después de un siniestro leve. Además nunca contraten seguros atlas ya que no le dan seguimiento a las quejas.
Never allow your insurance to send you to this shop, my truck has been here for 2 months and they can't deliver it to me after a minor accident. Also, never hire atlas insurance since they do not follow up on complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , tardaron 3 semanas en darme cita y aún con eso llegas y no debes esperar más de 2 horas en lo que te atienden , la cita no tiene ningún sentido , parece oficina de gobierno pero de los años 80s todo en copia , increíble que esta época todo siga siendo tan precario en este taller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No escojan este taller , tienen mucha demanda y por ende te tardan demasiado, a mi me tardaron más de 1 mes solo por un condensador que no les llegaba del aire acondicionado , aunado a esto te tardan más de 30 minutos en contestar y no te dan seguimiento y la señorita que te contesta no es nada amable .
Honestamente no les recomiendo acudir a este taller.
No me imagino cuanto les tardarían si su auto tiene un choque fuerte , lo mío solo fue el cofre y se tardaron más de 1 mes , y tú eres el que les tienes que marcar te dicen que ellos te marcan y no te marcan .
Do not choose this workshop, they have a lot of demand and therefore they take you too long, it took me more than 1 month just because of a condenser that did not reach them from the air conditioning, added to this they take you more than 30 minutes to answer and they do not give you follow-up and the lady who answers you is not friendly at all.
I honestly do not recommend going to this workshop.
I can't imagine how long it would take them if their car had a serious crash, mine was only the hood and it took more than 1 month, and you are the one who has to mark them, they tell you that they mark you and they don't mark you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es recomendable ir a este taller sin embargo te mandan. Si puedes mejor ve con tu hojalatero de confianza. No son profesionales, el trabajo es super tardado, los mecánicos y hojalateros se ven muy flojos, todo el tiempo estan saturados, solo una persona para recibir más 50 autos en lo que llevo del día 8am a 2pm. No es completamente su culpa, lamentablemente es el único taller que ofrecen los estúpidos seguros y el ajustador solo lo hace más cansado en realidad no quieren apoyarte. Este es un comentario de lo peor que es Seguros Atlas
It is not recommended to go to this workshop, however they send you. If you can better go with your trusted tinsmith. They are not professionals, the work is super slow, the mechanics and tinsmiths seem very lazy, all the time they are saturated, only one person to receive more than 50 cars so far from 8am to 2pm. It's not entirely his fault, unfortunately it's the only shop that the stupid insurance guys offer and the adjuster just makes him more tired they don't really want to support you. This is a comment from the worst that Atlas Insurance is
