No quiero ir a su tienda, solo necesito saber los precios, lo hicieron tan complicado, ¡ninguna otra compañía hizo tantas preguntas o ha sido tan misteriosa con los precios! En el momento en que pregunto sobre un catálogo y precios, se envía de inmediato desde las otras 5 compañías de sombreros con las que he estado en contacto, sin acceso a preguntas. Tenía muchas ganas de pedir unos sombreros, pero haces que hacer negocios contigo sea desagradable y complicado.
Inadequate customer service, I contacted them by email asking about the catalog and prices, they asked what city I was contacting them from in numerous emails, they still didn't tell me any prices, when I told them Mexico City they sent me to their store and not yet. Don't let me know prices. I don't want to go to your store, I just need to know the prices, they made it so complicated, no other company has asked so many questions or been so mysterious with the prices! The moment I ask about a catalog and pricing, it ships immediately from the other 5 hat companies I've been in contact with, no questions asked. I really wanted to order some hats, but you make doing business with you unpleasant and complicated.
