★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompañe a mi tía, le colocaron unos aparatos auditivos modernos y le hicieron pruebas, pero las señoritas eran muy impaciente y se desesperaban por qué mi tía no las escuchaba.
Y al final a fuerzas nos querían vender a un precio muy caro unos aparatos (antiguos) que según hacían lo mismo que los modernos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he podido contratar servicio con ellos debido a que la atención al cliente ha sido muy pobre, me han tenido dando vueltas (me implica varias horas de manejo) por que no se anticipan asegurando que cuentan con los aparatos para hacer pruebas, se echan la bolita entre la Señora que atiende y un un Señor Abraham Guzmán que dice ser el dueño y no me permite hablar con un encargado o el dueño que solucione.
Espero que a través de este y un mail que envié me lean y puedan contactar para resolver. Por cierto somos un cliente de cerca de 40 anos comprándoles
I have not been able to contract service with them because the customer service has been very poor, they have kept me going around (it involves several hours of driving) because they do not anticipate ensuring that they have the devices to do tests, they take the little ball between the Lady who attends and a Mr. Abraham Guzmán who claims to be the owner and does not allow me to speak with a manager or the owner to solve.
I hope that through this and an email that I sent they read me and can contact to resolve. By the way we are a client of about 40 years buying from them
