La mujer, Ale, que trabaja en la recepción es extremadamente grosera y condescendiente. Nos humilló delante de otras personas que estaban esperando. Nunca me han tratado tan mal en un lugar en el que soy un cliente que paga. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en otro lugar. En este lugar puedes escuchar a todos hablar, el ascensor es tan ruidoso que puedes escucharlo subir y bajar todo el día y la noche.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo y limpio. Muy buen hotel para viaje de negocios si planeas estar fuera la mayor parte del día. Solo tomar a consideración que las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado.

Los espacios limpios, puntuales en compartir la información de ingreso, personal muy amable, el cuarto lleno de detalles como dulces, una postal y cubre bocas de bienvenida...en general una muy buena experiencia!! Lo único que se me dificultó fue el uso del elevador por la doble puerta de vidrio.

Maravilloso , nuevo , limpio . Encontramos la habitación mejor aún que aparece en las fotos .Muy cómoda cama . Perfectas toallas . Tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto viajando . Se siente cariño. Sin duda regresaremos .

Pros: it’s clean, new, in a perfect area. Cons: Trying to get in contact with the helpline is pure hell (there isn’t staff onsite to help)- it takes hours to get any kind of issue fixed. Even requesting a cleaning will require you to stay on the phone forever. This method isn’t helpful for travelers who don’t have unlimited minutes on their phones or who actually want to be able to spend time enjoying mexico city and not sitting in the lobby on a phone call for hours just to be able to get in their room.

I have stayed at many Sonder locations. I will give the good and bad. The location in Polanco is very nice, extremely walkable, close to shops, cafes etc. The service is good on the app and with customer service as well The bathrooms are nicely done, although very small. The security when you check in at entrance do no speak English, although I do speak Spanish, the difficulty one might face checking in, especially with the language barrier is difficult. They are still working on the units and hotel while having guests stay there. You feel as though you are in a construction zone. There is no AC in this building, in the summer time it can be very hot, and your sweat while sleeping. The towels and sheets are very cheap. Prepare to have lent all over your clothes. The rooms are extremely small, be very careful which room you receive, mine had almost zero light. All in all for , $60 USD on average/ the weekend, stay at a full service 4 star hotel. There’s plenty in cdmx. You will have a much better experience.

Loved staying here, just wished we had found the tower fan on the first night because room got a bit stuffy with no AC. Loved the concept and location, and of course the wonderful price! Be aware that the room fee doesn't include cleaning (extra cost), which was perfectly ok for a 2 night stay.

Needed to cancel my booking on short notice but my request for a refund, even a partial one, was declined. Poor customer service as one agent said one thing and another agent said different things. And asking for a "proof of the medication" is kind of insulting and reminds me of my primary school years. Just another Silicon Valley company the world does not need. Enjoy the free money you got from me for the ZERO VALUE provided. Will not book again with this company.
