★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan más de 3 horas en proveer del servicio y sus operadoras del call center son unas inéptas además de tener cero noción de trato al cliente. Los despachadores del gas tocan 1 vez el timbre y se van.
They take more than 3 hours to provide the service and their call center operators are inept as well as having zero notion of customer treatment. The gas dispatchers ring the bell 1 time and leave.

Pierden clientes...
No lo recomiendo mejor busquen otro proveedor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención telefónica es cortante y si hablas para reportar que no te traen tu servicio es pésima, son groseros, te cuelgan, no resuelven nada. Haces el pedido y nunca llegan y para un sólo pedido puedes ordenarlo varias veces y varias veces te dejan plantado. Los repartidores no usan Cubrebocas en ningún caso pero el colmo es que no lo traigan a pesar de surtir a personas de tercera edad y son súper malhumorados. En verdad es un servicio desagradable además que sí varía el. Porcentaje de la caratula aún cargando al mismo costo y al mismo nivel de llenado de tu carga anterior.

Nada recomendable.
