Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría. Pésima experiencia.
The treatment you receive is unfortunate and very unprofessional, they say that they will help you and that they understand you but it is a lie, they do not give you an answer, they always wash their hands that with them they have already done their part and that is all that they can do for you. If I could put 0 stars I would. Bad experience.
