★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena tienda, tengo años comprando ahí, pero de un tiempo para acá se nota a simple vista su falta de organizacion y comunicación entre ellos mismos, es evidente que les hace falta más personal. Los tiempos de atención al cliente son demasiado lentos. Conclusión están creciendo como negocio ( ahora con ventas en línea) pero se les está saliendo de las manos.
It's a good store, I've been buying there for years, but for some time now you can see at first glance their lack of organization and communication among themselves, it's evident that they need more staff. Customer service times are too slow. Conclusion they are growing as a business (now with online sales) but it is getting out of hand.
