Roberto Azar (vendedor) y Geraldine Garza (Depto.de gtías). Interpuse una queja ante profeco, se les notificó en dos ocasiones y y jamás se presentaron para conciliar. NO REGALEN SU DINERO. They are SCAMMERS, THIEVES. I deposited the advance of a pulsed light equipment which was NEVER delivered to me. Roberto Azar (salesman) and Geraldine Garza (Dept. of gtías). I filed a complaint with Profeco, they were notified twice and they never showed up to reconcile. DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY.

Te venden equipo el cual no funciona, compre un electrocauterio (el más caro que venden) y no funcionó nunca bien, de hecho no sirve, tengo que subir mucho la intensidad y esto solo genera calor no energía para cortar tejidos. Son un asco, su atención al cliente pésima y pues evidentemente son un ejemplo de empresas poco profesionales y abusivas. A mi hermano le paso igual con un láser CO2 que les compró y le funcionó 4-5 meses. The company is a fayuquera. They sell you equipment which does not work, I bought an electrocautery (the most expensive they sell) and it never worked well, in fact it does not work, I have to increase the intensity a lot and this only generates heat, not energy to cut tissues. They are disgusting, their customer service is lousy and they are obviously an example of unprofessional and abusive companies. The same thing happened to my brother with a CO2 laser that he bought from them and it worked for 4-5 months.

Pague $160mil ppr el equipo y a la fecha no tengo respuesta. Los telefonos de oficinas para hablar a gerencia no existen son falsos. MANDAN A BUZON. Porfavor tener mucho cuidado se dedican a hacer fraudes. The service is lousy. My equipment has 2 months under warranty without response.
