I went on May 10 and they just don't have trained staff they took our cards from us every so often and they didn't have what we asked for from the menu

Hay botanas, bebida , entretenimiento.
Limpio, y buen servicio.
Pedi carraca, lo malo, era mas tomate y cebolla, que carraca. Menos 1 estrella.
Tambien pedí, camarones al ajillo, ricos pero poca cantidad por el precio.
Buen entretenimiento, eso si. Comediantes y música en vivo.

Very good place, to drink and eat!
There are snacks, drinks, entertainment.
Clean, and good service.
I asked for carraca, the bad thing, it was more tomato and onion, than carraca. Minus 1 star.
I also ordered garlic shrimp, rich but small for the price.
Good entertainment, yes. Comedians and live music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lo que buscas es vivir el folclor de Chiapas, Sonora Botanera sin duda tiene el mejor show. Música en vivo, marimba, bailes regionales y show de variedad. Con unos plafones de la cocina tradicional del centro de Chiapas, postres típicos de la región y las mejores micheladas de la ciudad. No olvides probar el pozol (qué además te lo regalan al llegar)
If what you are looking for is to experience the folklore of Chiapas, Sonora Botanera undoubtedly has the best show. Live music, marimba, regional dances and variety show. With some panels of the traditional cuisine of the center of Chiapas, typical desserts of the region and the best micheladas in the city. Do not forget to try the pozol (which they also give you when you arrive)
