★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was amazing. The place has an incredible ambience, I really enjoyed the music and the full experience. Food is really tasty, fresh and it is a perfect definition of a Mexican cusine “gourmet” experience. Highly recommend it! - please try the “jugo de carne” and for drink the refresher of “berries and lychee” - byeeeeee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was such an overall exemplary experience! Every sensory was overloaded! Great atmosphere, music, interior design! The staff could not have been more attentive or professional! Now for the food... where do I start? I was craving a hamburger and chose the Wellington... ok, Never in my life have I had anything that even came close!?!? They injected the cheese with a large syring in to the burger. Half way through i was so full, but couldn't resist ? ! Next Crab tacos.. perfectly cooked.. flavors sublime ( and she ordered tacos after saying she wanted anything BUT tacos) Next in the party had the pleasure of eating, every bite somehow, of the HUGE Cowboy steak.. tender and again cooked exactly as ordered! The cocktails were again a feast for all the senses! All I can say is - Do Youself A Favor- and Experience Sonora Grill!! If you have a bad experience, you must have been Sleeping!!

Had takeout tonight of the same brisket dish and it went from being one of the best dishes we've had to the worst. Horrible. Almost all fat meat and no flavor. Have a greasy aftertaste now. The meat was not blackened or seasoned like the one in the restaurant. The chips were stale and the beans tasted odd. It's too bad. In fairness giving it two stars.
This was my original five star review: Excellent service, excellent food, excellent environment. They are awesome with babies as well (the best restaurant experience with our baby). The waiter recommended the brisket and that's one of the tastiest dishes we've ever had. Oh and excellent portions. Will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to both the Sonora Grill locations in Querétaro. Both are great. I had a better seating experience in this location as I had a reservation. Nice to sit by the windows. Lots of greenery inside as well - like sitiing in a garden. Service is excellent as usual. This time I got a free tamarind flavored cone icecream as well :-)
Ambience, food and service are great!
