Pésima calidad en esta sucursal y pésimo el servicio al cliente, el día de ayer compré diezmillo, carne manchada y dura, ni al carnicero ni a la encargada les intereso mi queja. Tuve que comprar de nuevo la carne en la sucursal de santa anita en la que la calidad es excelente. Seguiré comprando en la sucursal de santa anita ya que siendo la misma franquicia la calidad y el servicio al cliente es mucho mejor.
Zero recommended. Poor quality in this branch and terrible customer service, yesterday I bought ten mil, stained and tough meat, neither the butcher nor the manager were interested in my complaint. I had to buy the meat again at the Santa Anita branch where the quality is excellent. I will continue shopping at the Santa Anita branch since the quality and customer service being the same franchise is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad de la carne, no se entiende como puede haber tanta diferencia entre esta sucursal y las demás. Las salsas parecen aguas, la atención es X. No recomiendo este lugar. Antes era bueno, hace años que no iba, no iré más.
Poor quality of the meat, it is not understood how there can be so much difference between this branch and the others. The sauces look like waters, the attention is X. I do not recommend this place. Before it was good, I haven't been in years, I won't go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo fui hoy con mi esposo y la que toma la temperatura pregunta que si vamos a comer adentro le decimos que si pero primero vamos a ver la carta y nos dice solo puede entrar uno. Entiendo el cov y así pero si vas a ver la carta como voy a saber si quiero ir si no dejan entrar y todavía me hace caras.
Terrible I went today with my husband and the one who takes the temperature asks if we are going to eat inside we say yes but first we are going to see the letter and she tells us only one can enter. I understand the cov and so on, but if you are going to see the letter, how am I going to know if I want to go if they don't let me in and it still makes me faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eramos clientes de ese lugar nos encantaba la arrachera , pero la que compramos el día de hoy estuvo pésima , le comentamos al sr qué atiende pero nos dijo "es el marinado " la carne despedía un olor muy extraño decidimos tirarla .
Tengan cuidado cuando compren carne ahí chequen el olor el color etc
O terminaran con una terrible decepción.
