★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el momento la atención ha sido buena ? pero me gustaría que fueran un poco más cuidadosos con la limpieza en toda la clínica, ya que los aparatos (mobiliario) se encuentran sucios en la parte de abajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia, me hicieron un chequeo general y me colocaron resinas donde las requería, un año después, en una de estas "reparaciones" que me hizo la doctora Daniela, requerí hacerme una endodoncia, debido a que cuando me pusieron la resina, no retiraron bien la caries, me tuvieron que colocar una corona debido al daño que presente, le pedí a la doctora Daniela que me revisara las demás piezas para evitar que esto se repitiera y me mandó a hacer una radiografía, según ella me juró que todo estaba bien en mi boca, dos meses después tuve sensibilidad en otra pieza, ya no acudí con ellos por desconfianza y el dentista que me trata actualmente me indica que 3 piezas (adicionales a la que ya tiene la corona) fueron tapadas sin retirar la caries de forma adecuada, ahora esas piezas están en peligro, no recomiendo para nada la clínica, el día de hoy me arrepiento de haber acudido ahí, solamente me dañaron mis dientes.

Lo primero que hacen es tu valoración y te hacen el presupuesto
Tienen varias formas de pago y puedes escojer la que más te agrade y te convenga.
Te ofrecen una membresía de 150 que te da varios beneficios en la clínica.
A mí parecer el personal está altamente calificado, son amables y te tratan bien en todo momento.
Sin duda recomiendo este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan a ese lugar, dos años de tratamiento de brackets y no han podido terminar, para las muelas usaron bandas molares que descubrí ya no se usan, ya me los voy a quitar en otro lado, por que parece q ya no quisieron darme seguimiento una vez que reclame que han ido alargando el tiempo para su propio beneficio, mi tratamiento aun no termina por lo lento que fueron trabajando, ya me los quitaré por las bandas que usaron en las muelas, ahora tengo que revisar que tanto se descalsificaron por que te impiden tener una buena higiene, cuestión que por desconocimiento tendré que pagar. No es barato el lugar así que pensé que eran profesionales y lamento no haber investigado más sobre esta clínica, me he atendido en la sucursal de Roma y Neza, pero creo que en todas sus sucursales es lo mismo. Por favor vayan a otro lugar e investiguen más sobre los "profesionales" que los atienden. Me siento tan frustrada ?

The place is not cheap so I thought they were professionals and I regret not having investigated more about this clinic, I have been treated at the Roma and Neza branch, but I think that in all its branches it is the same. Please go somewhere else and find out more about the "professionals" who serve you. I feel so frustrated ?
