★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grata experiencia, he visitado Sonrisa Perfecta NV por alrededor de 4 meses en pandemia y su atención ha sido muy buena, tienen un cuidado especial para evitar el contagio en todo momento sin hacerte sentir incómodo. Desde la entrada hasta desinfectar las áreas por cambio de paciente y espacios separados.
La última vez que fuí, iba bastante nerviosa por no sentir dolor en mi procedimiento y ahora entendí su lema, pues el masaje que me dieron realmente me relajó y entré contenta a la cita, además de que la chica que lo realizó, fué muy atenta en darme los mínimos detalles de atención.
Durante el procedimiento de la cita, la música de fondo es verdaderamente grata y no hace falta llevar audífonos (jaja). La doctora Diana ha sido cada vez más amable y atenta confirme pasan mis citas me he sentido cada vez más cómoda (como empresa se nota su esfuerzo por mejorar cada vez más)

Esto es lo que se suponía me ofrecían en la primera cita, en cuanto llegue de inmediato me cobraron sin siquiera haber pasado y la recepcionista un poco grosera…
De eso no me hicieron la “sesión de spa” Ni las 2 radiografías que si necesitaba y me dijeron que traía infección y pedí que por favor me recetaran el medicamento, a lo que me dijeron que NO porque qué tal si ya no regresaba al tratamiento con ellos, me darían el nombre del medicamento solo si re agendaba Cita y me hacía todo con ellos…
Para mi fue una experiencia mala porque se supone que fui a consulta y ni siquiera me pudieron recetar algo para mi infección de muela…

Lo único malo con lo que me encontré en esta cita es que RESULTA que así como llegas a la Clínica la recepcionista TE PIDE TERMINANTEMENTE QUE " PAGUES" EL SERVICIO QUE TODAVÍA NI TE REALIZAN. ES ALGO ARBITRARIO E IMPROCEDENTE... donde te cobran algo que todavía no te dan o no te realizan...
Directo al fracaso...!!!
Dr. Javier Palacios is a great human being and an Excellent Dentist. He is the best in the Clinic. The only bad thing with what I found in this appointment is that it turns out that as soon as you arrive at the Clinic the receptionist STRICTLY ASKS YOU TO "PAY" FOR THE SERVICE THAT THEY STILL DO NOT PERFORM YOU. IT IS SOMETHING ARBITRARY AND IMPROCED ... where they charge you something that they still do not give you or do not perform ...
