★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui al consultorio para realizarme una limpieza de rutina.! La dra. Lagunes me atendió muy bien, pero me notó una caries en una muela, me comentó que me podía atender posteriormente y agendamos una cita para dicha caries, llegue a la cita y la dra. Lagunes no estaba, y en ningún momento fui avisada que ella no me atendería, ya que se encontraba de vacaciones, lo cual no se me hace profesional no avisarle a sus clientes que no estará ella para atender. Me atendió y me “quito la caries” su compañera, PERO noté muchas molestias los próximos 3 días, me pareció súper raro les dije y me citaron, pero realmente no quería volver, recurrí a una segunda opinión, fui con otra dentista me destapo la muela y lo que me esperaba TENÍA CARIES, ósea no fue limpiada correctamente.! Tres citas con la dentista solucionó el problema que me originaron, su mal trabajo y falta de profesionalismo, negligencia de este lugar.! Estoy sumamente insatisfecha porque nunca le dieron seguimiento a esta situación, ni siquiera al saber el mal momento que me hicieron pasar.!

Dr. Lagunes treated me very well, but he noticed a cavity in a tooth, he told me that he could take care of me later and we scheduled an appointment for said caries, I arrived at the appointment and dr. Lagunes was not there, and at no time was I warned that she would not attend to me, since she was on vacation, which does not make me professional not to notify her clients that she will not be there to attend. His partner took care of me and “removed the cavities”, BUT I noticed a lot of discomfort the next 3 days, it seemed super strange to me, I told them and they summoned me, but I really did not want to go back, I resorted to a second opinion, I went to another dentist I uncovered the tooth and what I expected HAD CARIES, bone was not cleaned properly.! Three appointments with the dentist solved the problem that caused me, his bad work and lack of professionalism, negligence of this place! I am extremely dissatisfied because they never followed up on this situation, not even knowing what bad time they put me through.
