Si te dejan esperando afuera olvídate de pasar por qué nunca se organizan
No te dejan saber bien tu turno y luego te regañan de que ya te habían hablado cuando se supone ellos te van a avisar
Al menos pongan bocinas o una pantalla afuera !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes pensado en ir sobretodo a esta sucursal, toma en cuenta que tendrás que esperar al menos 2 horas para que puedas pasar a tu manutención mensual.. además que te cobran todo no son solo 300 pesos, son gastos de rayos equis, resina, si se te cae el bracket 20 pesos más, si necesitas cirugía es otro gasto (si te pasaste de la fecha que te indican para hacer la cirugía por cuestiones económicas te cobran otros rayos x ya que tienen vigencia de 6 meses) por 2 resinas que me colocaron fueron $600, por taparme solo 3 caries $900, no te colocan bien los brackets y el mismo día se te caen... Te la pintan bonito en redes sociales pero cuando empiezas tu tratamiento te la dejan caer ;)

Si no tienen espacio para atender tanta gente distribullan sus citas o no den tantas fichas en un solo día

Llevo casi 3 años con sonrisas mexicanas cometieron una negligencia médica y desde octubre llevó solicitando mi expedienté y se niegan a entregarlo, he gasto en medicamento y especialista por error que cometieron y no se hacen responsables
Si tienes alguna queja o cometieron negligencia contigo ayúdame a mencionarlo y evitar más gente pace por lo mismo.
Busco realizar una demanda colectiva en contra de ellos y llegar con todas las personas afectadas y se haga justicia por malos protocolos y procedimientos
