★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no se para que te agendan cita , si de todos modos te atiende mil horas después, tienen muy mala administración, dan mas citas de lo que realmente pueden atender y no se dan abasto y hacen esperar mucho tiempo.
 Terrible service, I do not know why they schedule you an appointment, if they attend you a thousand hours later anyway, they have very bad administration, they give more appointments than they can really attend and they cannot cope and they make you wait a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la cita la agende a las 14:30 porque hice válida mi garantía de un braquet que se me callo no puedo comer por unas resinas que aquí mismo me colocaron no puedo ni cerrar la mandíbula diciendo que era normal y es hora que aun no me atienden dando de pretexto que los sábados están muy llenos y dando por explicado que por eso se agenda una cita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos servicio, para que hace nada que agendes cita si te van a tardar mas del 1 hora en sala de espera, todas sombras groseras y mal encaradas, si pueden mejor vayan a otros consultorios dentales, no son muy distintos los Precios y te darán mejora servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acudí a esta sucursal debido a que hace 1 semana me queda más cerca de mi rumbo.
En otras sucursales en tu horario qué agendas te pasan y aquí solo fui a tomarme unas placas que no demore ni 10 minutos y la dentista ya tenía un paciente en mi turno .
Espere más de 2 horas para que me hicieran el ajuste que no demoro ni 25 minutos.????
Se me hace una falta de respeto que no respeten la hora en la que se agenda la cita.
Y que pasen a gente que va llegando y dejen al final a los que ya estábamos esperando turno.

Hablé por teléfono para reportar que a mi hijo se le cayó un tubo y un braket, en los días de garantía y no me los hicieron válidos. Les recomiendo, lo hagan en Messenger para tener pruebas del día y la hora que reportan. Para que no les vuelvan a cobrar.
Terrible service, the lady at the pedantic door. I spoke by phone to report that my son dropped a tube and a brace, in the warranty days and they were not valid. I recommend you do it in Messenger to have proof of the day and time that you report. So they don't get charged again.
