Pésimo y nefasto servicio tanto en la sucursal como la gerente o supervisora del lugar que es cero resolutiva, me hicieron esperar con mi hija y muchísimas otras personas en un espacio reducido para su cita de caries durante 3 horas, posterior a esa cita le aplicaron los braquets de la arcada inferior mal, al día siguiente se le estaba cayendo el primero y a lo largo del mes se le cayeron otros 3 pero ya no entraban en la garantía a pesar de que fueron en menos de 10 días, siempre que quise hacer el reporte por whatsapp no respondían o me decían que se iban a comunicar a lo largo del día conmigo y no lo hacían, siempre que acudes te sacan gastos extras que no considero todos necesarios y nunca pagas únicamente los 300 de manutención con los que te enganchan, no se como estén las otras sucursales pero al menos la de coapa pésima. Acudí a mi cita mensual a la sucursal de Coapa, y oh sorpresa, me negaron el servicio la supervisora que se encontraba en ese momento , ya que no alcazaba a cubrir el monto que se salia del costo de la manutención mensual, le comente mi situación y solo me culpo rotundamente y elevo su voz para ridiculizarme en frente de todos los pacientes en la sala de espera, diciendo que no me atendería !! Me llamo la atención enfrente de todos comportándose con un temperamento pasivo agresivo. Pienso que no como pacientes y usuarios de dicho servicio y/o consultorio, considero que me merezco un trato digno, con el mismo respeto y agradecimiento, por lo cual manifiesto mi inconformidad por este medio, aunque el mensaje predeterminado que mandan por parte de maps o el consultorio sea el mismo para todos y no haya ninguna solución, ojalá alguien pueda hacer algo, ya que nadie se merece un mal trato, *pagues lo que pagues, respeto es respeto.* En listo las áreas de oportunidad de las que fui víctima y de las cuáles me percate. -Mal trato, comenzando por dicha supervisora quien supuesta mente se hizo llamar Karen Cortes. -Costos adicionales forzosos que no vienen en el contrato. -No cuentan con filtros Covid, adecuados. -Me lastimaron dos piezas dentales del maxilar superior. -Me quemaron el labio con una herramienta dental motorizada. -Mal colocación de brackets ( a la hora se me cayeron y me culparon, y me dijeron que fue mi culpa) -Levantamiento de falsos (insinuaron que yo mentía) -Cargos extras a las manutenciónes, programadas, pagos forzosos. -Los consultorios están sucios tomando en cuenta que en estos momentos el covid está muy presente. Son algunas observaciones de las cueles pude percatarme, sin poner atención. Lamentablemente estas cituaciones, hace que el consultorio pierda pacientes y sobre todo reputación, se que tienes miles y miles de pacientes, pero antes de ser víctima o paciente de este consultorio, lo pienses dos veces, para que no sufras las consecuencias de un tratamiento bastante cuestionable y dañino físicamente. NO pienso regresar, incluso en sus contestaciones por este medio, te das cuenta arrogancia ! Ni aunque me paguen regreso. Lamentablemente le doy una calificación de 0 aunque no esté la opción! These are some observations that I was able to notice, without paying attention. Unfortunately these citations make the office lose patients and above all reputation, I know you have thousands and thousands of patients, but before being a victim or patient of this office, think twice, so that you do not suffer the consequences of a fairly questionable and physically harmful. Pésimo servicio te agendan citas y horas antes de tu consulta te la cancelan y te dicen que no cuentan con personal Tienes que esperar más de un mes para que re atenden nueva cita

Juegan con la salud de las personas, cometen negligencias y no se hacen responsables Si valoran su salud no acudan, les sacarán dinero durante 3 años afectándolos de por vida Llevo gastado en especialista y medicamento y simplemente se burlan, borran los comentarios de las redes para que la gente no pueda ver y ustedes sigan acudiendo El área del seguimiento a pacientes es una burla Estamos solicitando expediente desde hace 6 meses sin obtener resultado
