Todo va bien excepto por una mala experiencia y es que yo espero hasta 2 horas y no me quejo a que me atiendan pero si yo llego con retardo me dicen que ya no me pueden recibir que haga mi cita otro día así que en ese aspecto deben llevar tiempo pero mucho tiempo de sobra sobre todo el sábado

Tengan cuidado, yo fui y el trato es pesimo ademas que la "dentista" que me toco en la instalación no se tomo el tiempo de explicarme el procedimiento que llevaría ni me tomaron las fotos iniciales, a lo que quiero llegar; no les vaya a salir caro sus "precios accesibles" de esta (clinica), cuidense.

Que asco de servicio al cliente, no llevan un control, las citas no sirven de nada y te atendien a la hora que quieren ?

El día de hoy fui por un tratamiento que previamente me comentaron que si lo realizaban en esa sucursal espere casi hora y media para que a la hora de valorarme me indicaran que tenía que ir a revolución porque ahí no lo realizaban sin darme más indicaciones o alguna recomendación.,por que hacer esto si bien saben como trabaja la sucursal falta de atención. ;(
Today I went for a treatment that they previously told me that if they did it at that branch I would wait almost an hour and a half so that when it came time to assess me they would tell me that I had to go to the revolution because they would not do it there without giving me more instructions or some other recommendation., why do this if they know how the branch works lack of attention. ;(

En definitiva siempre han sido amables, pero en esta ocasión me tocó algo similar a la sucursal de polanco, tenia consulta a las 8 am , no pude asistir a la hora indicada y reagendé para las 2 PM, llegue 1.40 a la sucursal y te dicen que tienes que esperar a fuera de la clínica al siguiente turno (2PM). Dieron las 2pm, hice mi check in, pague y listo (mi turno era el 1), al ser la primer persona es obvio que serás la primera en que te antiendan. No fue asi, pasaron 5 turnos antes que yo (personas que llegaron despúes), crei que era por "el tipo de servicio" conforme van pasando, después de 20 min sin pasar me acerqué a una srita y le comenté la situación antes mencionada, a lo que me respondió "pues debes de registrarte", cosa que ya era obvio porque le dije que ya tenía rato esperando y no pasaba mi turno. Me dejó esperando cerca de 10 min, volvió a ir y a decirme que la esperara otro ratito porque lo checaria con su supervisora, cosa que la verdad me molestó, porque ya llevaba cerca de media hora y no me atendian. Le dije que tenía un poco de urgencia, (porque se supone que uno agenda por lo mismo pero parece no importarles tanto las citas). Nunca me dijeron que fue lo que pasó, si fue falla del sistema, error de ellas o que, al final una de las doctoras tecleó mi turno y ya me dijo "pasa", y no de una buena manera, tú te das cuenta de cuando recibes un "mal trato". No fue mi problema, yo lo único que hice fue lo que todos hacemos al llegar a las clínicas.(Esto paso un día entre semana) Si brindan un servicio, deberían de hacerlo al 100%, ser eficientes en dar soluciones y respetar el tiempo de cada uno.

She left me waiting for about 10 minutes, she came back and told me to wait for her for another little while because she would check with her supervisor, which really bothered me, because she had already been there for about half an hour and they didn't help me. I told him I had a bit of an urgency, (because one is supposed to schedule for the same thing but they don't seem to care so much about appointments). They never told me what happened, if it was a system failure, their error or that, at the end, one of the doctors typed my turn and already told me "pass", and not in a good way, you realize when you get a "bad deal". It was not my problem, the only thing I did was what we all do when we get to the clinics (This happened on a weekday) If they provide a service, they should do it 100%, be efficient in providing solutions and respect each other's time.
