★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención, la calidad del servicio, las instalaciones y el tratamiento son excelentes, debo decir que ya estoy por concluir mi tratamiento y estoy muy satisfecha con los resultados.
Pero hay dos detalles de las cuales le restan estrellas:
1. Se supone que uno agenda cita, pero hay tanta gente que el tiempo de espera es muy largo, ya llevo casi 2 años y es triste que eso no lo han tratado de hacer más eficiente.
2. En temporada de pandemia las medidas sanitarias definitivamente no las están respetando, en cuanto al aforo máximo se supone que sólo debe ingresar el paciente, y se comprende que los niños pequeños deben ingresar con sus padres, pero ¿Ya un chavo de 15 años con toda la familia? Aparte de que en lugar de ser el aforo máximo de "20 personas" he contado que son más de 30 dentro de la instalación y sin contar a los empleados de ahí, la chica que está en la entrada está tan metida a su celular que no se da cuenta de ello y se que no respetan los asientos que son para mantener la "sana distancia".

But there are two details from which stars are subtracted:
1. One is supposed to schedule an appointment, but there are so many people that the waiting time is very long, it has been almost 2 years and it is sad that they have not tried to make it more efficient.
2. In the pandemic season, sanitary measures are definitely not being respected, as for the maximum capacity it is assumed that only the patient should enter, and it is understood that young children must enter with their parents, but a 15-year-old boy? with the whole family? Apart from the fact that instead of being the maximum capacity of "20 people" I have counted that there are more than 30 inside the facility and not counting the employees there, the girl at the entrance is so into her cell phone that she doesn't he realizes it and I know that they do not respect the seats that are to maintain the "healthy distance".

Si valoran su salud no acudan, les sacarán dinero durante 3 años afectándolos de por vida
Llevo gastado en especialista y medicamento y no se hacen responsables, borran los comentarios de las redes para que no puedan ver lo que realmente sucede
No acudan si valoran realmente su salud
El área del seguimiento a pacientes es una burla
Estamos solicitando expediente desde hace 6 meses para poder comenzar un proceso de de demanda no dan la cara y se burlan de los pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en general es buena, buenas instalaciones, buen personal, atención buena por parte de las "dentistas". Llevo un año y medio con el tratamiento y eh visto mejoras, sin duda a mi si me a funcionado.
Solamente los tiempos de espera son muy extensos, con tiempo si debes de ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre está saturado, empalman citas y no respetan los horarios agendados con anticipación. Mala administración y no tienen la amabilidad de llamarte por teléfono para indicar sobre cupo. En la entrada no hay información para ver qué turno te toca y como van avanzando. Entras una cita agendada a las 10am y sales hasta después del mediodía día.
It is always saturated, they overlap appointments and do not respect the schedules scheduled in advance.
