★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Las horas de espera son muy largos. Cuando ya eres paciente de la clínica esperas más que los que van por primera vez. Yo recomendaría que si quieren un buen tratamiento vayan con un odontólogo en específico. Ya que aquí te cambian de doctor por cada cita. ?Yo fui un año y no ví resultados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que sea tan barato es por algo. La excusa de que los brackets de abajo los colocan hasta dentro de seis meses demuestra perfectamente que no son odontólogos capacitados, además de no realizar estudios COMPLETOS para proceder con un tratamiento de ortodoncia.
Otra bandera roja es que te atienden “dentistas” diferentes cada vez que vas, o sea que no hay uno llevando tu tratamiento específico como debe ser.
En mi caso yo pagué por brackets supuestamente estéticos y eran horribles, unas cosas gigantes que me hacían ver súper mal, o no sé si no me los supieron poner bien y por eso se veían feos. Luego por la pandemia cerraron por tiempo indefinido y ya mejor opté por ir con una dentista para que me quitara los brackets que de por sí no me gustaban.
Entiendo que si abaratan tanto los costos es por algo, pero tampoco para que monten una clínica en donde no hacen bien las cosas. Por cierto las instalaciones al menos en Puebla son muy feas.

In my case, I paid for supposedly aesthetic braces and they were horrible, giant things that made me look super bad, or I don't know if they didn't know how to put them right and that's why they looked ugly. Later, due to the pandemic, they closed indefinitely and I decided to go to a dentist to remove the braces that I did not like.
I understand that if they lower the costs so much it is for something, but neither so that they set up a clinic where they do not do things well. By the way the facilities at least in Puebla are very ugly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno, lo unico que no me parece es que tu cita te la pongan a tal hora y tu llegas puntual y ellos te atienden una o dos horas después cuando tu hiciste tu cita, y te hacen esperar demasiado

Su sistema de atención dijital es muy bueno,al igual que sus citas, pero donde si me está dando mucha desconfianza es en las personas que te colocan el tratamiento, no sabes si son estudiantes, pasantes, persona sin estudios que solo capacitaron, en verdad te da mucha desconfianza, no veras ningún título universitario o certificación.
En el primer mes me colocaron solamente los brackets superiores, al terminar me dijo la chava, oye pero se me olvido hacerte la limpieza, ahorita te la hago, y ya me había pegado los brackets, la limpieza fue muy dolorosa, no tienen nada de cuidado.... Seguiré actualizando el avance de mi tratamiento, por ahora no me está agradando...

Y tengo una preocupación ya que he visto malas referencias a esta clínica y hace poco fui para comenzar mi tratamiento de ortodoncia, en una semana me colocarán los de abajo ya que ya haré el primer mes, pero realmente yo voy con la esperanza de que sea un tratamiento completo ya que mi mordida es abierta y eso me ha traído problemas de oído acudí con un otorrino y me recomendo ortodoncia para que se pudiera solucionar el problema y ver qué otros factores estaban ocasionando ello, solo que he visto comentarios que en esta clínica donde dicen que se van más por lo estético que realmente solucionar el problema, entonces por ello me preocupa un poco. Por favor espero su respuesta y gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente NO recomiendo que tengan un tratamiento en este lugar, bien dicen: LO BARATO SALE CARO.
Lo digo porque:
-No tienen seguimiento en los tratamientos.
-No tienes odontólogo de cabecera.
-Cualquier odontóloga te atiende.
-En cada revisión te sacan más dinero,no solo los $300 ménsules
-Una Dra. Te dice una cosa y en la otra cita te sacan otra.
-No hay un diagnóstico confiable.
-El diagnóstico lo van sacando conforme vas llendo a las citas.
-La colocación de los braquets es pésima.
Pésimo lugar, si quieres buenos resultados no vallas, a mi hermano le supieron braquets, y no le supieron decir que es lo que pasaba, pues un diente se le empezaba a mostrar de más de la encía, y mis padres lo llevaron a un especialista y le dijeron que esos braquets no están bien colocados.
NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR, NO ES PROFESIONAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar siempre está limpio, las estomatólogas cumplen bien su trabajo y la verdad hasta ahorita no he tenido ningún problema mayor, pero la persona que está en la caja es una grosera, la saludas ni te responde, le preguntas algo y se queda callada tiene mal modo con la gente, siempre está ?
Otro detalle es que en las consultas las estomatólogas deberían explicar el procedimiento que se hace, porque luego están a las prisas que no indagan sobre si hay molestias o algún detalle con el tratamiento
