Hemos llegado puntuales, a veces con dos minutos de retraso, con 20 minutos de anticipación y siempre es lo mismo. Una excelente atención, llevan mis estudios y expediente al corriente porque me doy cuenta en cada mantenimiento que a pesar de que cambia el profesional, cada una de las chicas conoce mi historial clínico, el avance y el proceso a seguir. En tiempos de espera, es mejor agendar temprano, no hay tanta gente y si llegas tarde pues obviamente esperas para ser atendido porque dan prioridad a los que están puntuales. Es como en otras instituciones de salud!!... Los precios son bastante accesibles, el trato es muy amable, cordial y atento ya que explican toooooodas las dudas que tengas. Yo estoy muy satisfecha con mi proceso. Cumplieron mis expectativas al 100% porque saben que es lo que están haciendo, es decir, son profesionales. It is really wonderful to find this place ... Cada vez llegó más temprano para ver si tengo mejor suerte y no, los tiempos de espera son terribles. Y dan mucha preferencia a los que son iniciales. Los de manutención también queremos que nos atiendan. :( They schedule more appointments than they can attend, really coming is waiting 2 or 3 hours. A fuerzas tenía que espera hasta diciembre a qué me pusieran los de abajo y pregunté varias veces sobre ponerme las de abajo lo más pronto posible ya que yo ya había tenido brackets y se me estaban enchuecando otra vez. Llega diciembre y me dicen que tenía caries y por eso no me pueden poner las de abajo aún, refriéndose a las fotos que me tomaron en octubre. Porque esperaron tanto tiempo para avisarme?!?!? No más me están haciendo perder mi tiempo. I went and put them on in October 2021. They took photos and x-rays, and they were only from the ones above. I had to wait until December for the bottom ones to be put on and I asked several times about putting the bottom ones on as soon as possible since I had already had braces and they were getting crooked again. December arrives and they tell me I had cavities and that's why they can't put the bottom ones on me yet, referring to the photos they took of me in October. Why did they wait so long to tell me?!?!? No more are you wasting my time.

La espera es muy alta aproximadamente de una hora, desde mi punto de vista agendan muchos pacientes en una misma hora mi cita fue a las 5 de la tarde y me fueron pasando hasta las 6:30, entonces para que realizan las citas si no respetan el horario en el que te agendan pero bueno la atención por parte de los especialistas ortodoncistas es sumamente buena, me agrado mucho el trato que me dieron, sumamente delicados en lo que te realizan aparte te explican punto por punto tu tratamiento. Son muy profesionales los ortodoncistas más sin en cambio las instalaciones son simples, aceptan pagos con tarjeta. Deberían de hacer un convenio para sus clientes en dejar su vehículo sin cobro. De parte de atención al cliente está peor, su servicio de atención por mensajes más de 8 asesores y ninguno me dio respuesta, me contestaban hasta 4 horas después de solicitar información. Pedi que me retiraran el tratamiento, ninguna llamada de esto, que desesperación que tengo que esperar su llamada cuando es urgente. Mientras me tengo que chinga con un tratamiento que me está lastimando. 3 días después no tengo ninguna solución.
