★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan el horario de cita, pasas 2 o 3 horas después de que llegas. Hay doctoras muy buenas y amables que se esfuerzan por explicar el tratamiento, pero hay otras que lo hacen al aventón descuidando el trabajo. Afuera del lugar es súper inseguro, el día que me instalaron los Brackets asaltaron el lugar y a la mayoría que estábamos ahí. Mi tratamiento no va mal, pero todo lo anterior mencionado lo arruina.
They do not respect the appointment time, you spend 2 or 3 hours after you arrive. There are very good and kind doctors who go out of their way to explain the treatment, but there are others who hitch a ride, neglecting their work. Outside the place it is super unsafe, the day I had the braces installed they raided the place and most of us were there. My treatment is not bad, but all of the above mentioned ruins it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es limpio el lugar, hay asientos suficientes para la espera, baños limpios, la atención es rápida a pesar de que hay muchísima gente. Recomiendo llegar una hora antes a su cita si es vez primera

Si valora su salud no acudan a este lugar
Me tienen con los brackets desde hace 3 años y hace aproximadamente cometiéndote una negligencia médica apresar de que la especialista agregó al expediente el procedimiento que debían realizar
Hicieron caso omiso, de niegan en entregarme mi expediente clínico, he gastado en especialistas y tratamientos sin ellos hacerse responsables del mal procedimiento que realizaron.
No acudan por el bien de su salud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ? agendas cita y de todos modos te atienden a la hora que se les da la gana, mucho tiempo de espera 3hrs perdidas... el costo igual elevado aunque sea poco al mes a la larga y por 4 o 5años que te dejan el tratamiento es el mismo costo $ que en un particular. Piénsenlo mejor antes de venir aquí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la atención por parte del área de rayos X fuimos el día sábado, y mi hija de 10 años necesitaba una radiografía porque queríamos iniciar tratamiento/colocación de brackets, la fulana que atiende en esa área es una grosera, sin educación, impaciente y despota!
La situación es que mi hija estaba nerviosa por la toma de radiografía, lo acepto, pero la "señorita" lo hizo más difícil, sacando a relucir su impaciencia, y poco profesionalismo, no se vale que traten así a sus clientes! Prefiero acudir a otra sucursal
