★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi aparato desde el mes enero y pague la reparacion con el monto de 2500 pesos y con el pretexto de que no hay refacciones no lo reparan, desde dicha fecha e marcado en infinitas ocasiones y el a técnico y la recepcionista me evaden. Ayer 6 meses quedaron de entregarlo sin reparar y no hay respuesta. Pesos o servicio, no hay respeto al cliente y al parecer perdieron mi aparato. Por mi parte ya está en proceso una demanda con la procuraduría del consumidor. No es justo que jueguen con mi tiempo y mis pertenecías. Exijo la devolución de mi aparato en las condiciones que lo lleve si servía y/o el pago total de mi aparato y la bonificación del anticipo.
Finalmente nunca llamo y me robó mi anticipo y mi aparato. NO VAYAN RATEROS.
I took my device since January and paid for the repair with the amount of 2500 pesos and with the pretext that there are no spare parts they do not repair it, since that date I have marked it on infinite occasions and the technician and the receptionist evade me. Yesterday 6 months were left to deliver it without repair and there is no response. Pesos or service, no respect for the customer and apparently they lost my device. For my part, a lawsuit is already in process with the consumer's attorney. It's not fair that they play with my time and my belongings. I demand the return of my device in the conditions it was in if it worked and/or the full payment of my device and the discount on the advance payment.
Finally never call and stole my advance and my device. DON'T GO ROBBERS.

Dan servicio general a pantallas y audio fuera de garantía con partes totalmente originales
Si cuentas aun con la garantía de tu equipo, solo es llevar el ticket y el equipo para que lo manden directamente a Sony
En mi casi fue en control Dualshock 4, solo ocupe el ticket y el mando.

Mande mi televisor Sony 55 pulgadas jamás reparada comprada en Coppel. Y me cobrarían 450 por revición y si la reparaban no lo cobraban solo la reparación. Y me cotizaron en 4800 dije que si. Y me regresaron la llamada diciendo que ya había sido abierta y le faltaban piezas y quedaron d enviármela y en casa pagará la revición.solo la espero para mandarles a la procuraduría del consumidor cuando me la entreguen. Aguas mejor busquen uno de confianza al menos que tengan garantía. Soy de la impulsora. Y los busque por lo cerca y salió contraproducente aguas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues me atendieron muy bien, por teléfono y vía correo electrónico sin problema, espero que la reparación de mis audífonos quede excelente o en su caso me dijeron que era cambio, hasta el momento no tengo comentario negativo.
