Es recomendable leer la garantía del producto Sony antes de comprarlo y no confiar en lo que dice el vendedor. Todos los productos Sony tiene. Una etiqueta en el empaque con el tiempo de garantía. Además de cumplir con lo que se solicita como el comprobante de compra e identificación oficial. Sony ya no tenía el producto que yo compré y me remplazaron por uno más nuevo y sin ningún costo extra. Repito muy buena atención por parte de la tienda!!!! La pieza que necesitaba tardo 2 semanas en llegar ya que era una pieza que no estaba en México, al momento de ya estar arreglada me llamaron inmediatamente para recogerla, excelente servicio. Muy amables pero desafortunadamente los productos Sony se han vuelto desechables ya que muchos no tienen arreglo ni refacciones, como las bocinas portátiles soni. No existen refacciones y no tienen arreglo. Entonces para que un centro de servicio?. They will not open at the time they indicate.
