Según el ese centro no es como los demás y tiene razón, es peor! Terrible service from manager Oscar Lezama. G	Gonzalo Garcia Munguia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sony es una de las compañías mas grandes del mundo en tecnología para el hogar, por ende no se espera menos del servicio de garantía, he llevado en dos ocasiones algún aparato en garantía y en esas dos ocasiones he regresado con uno nuevo, reponiendome el dañado o defectuoso, solo es cuestión de llevar el aparato, le hacen una revisión en un tiempo no mayor a 10 días y te tienen una solución. El lugar es de fácil acceso tienen estacionamiento propio. Sony is one of the largest companies in the world in technology for the home, therefore no less is expected from the warranty service, I have twice taken a device under warranty and on those two occasions I have returned with a new one, replacing the damaged one or defective, it is only a matter of taking the device, they review it in no more than 10 days and they have a solution for you. Conviene comprar una televisión nueva a repararla ahí! NO ACEPTAN TARJETA. Imaginen un centro de servicio SONY en el 2022 que NO acepta tarjeta. El servicio por parte del gerente es pésimo, no resuelve nada, únicamente te repite lo mismo como grabadora, parece que hablas con un bot.
