★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es amable solamente que en mi caso me tardaron un mes en regresarme mi televisor, lo lleve porque de un día a otro ya no encendio, me dijeron que fue por falla eléctrica y se había quemado la tarjeta principal y otros componentes, durante ese lapso me decían que estaría en un máximo de dos días y que ellos me devolvían la llamada (no lo hacían, tenía que llamar yo) y cuando por fin me regresaron mi televisor me di cuenta (ya en mi hogar) que tenía unos rayones por la parte interna de la pantalla, además de que se siente que no apretaron bien los tornillos, para que revicen bien su producto cuando se lo regresen.

They told me that it would be in a maximum of two days and that they would call me back (they didn't, I had to call) and when they finally returned my TV I realized (already at home) that I had some scratches from the internal part of the screen, in addition to that it feels that the screws were not properly tightened, so that they will revict your product well when they return it to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a garantía un DualShock 4 y fue muy rápida la atención me pidieron esperar un momento No tardaron mucho cuando mucho 10 minutos y ya me informaron que lo iban a cambiar en ese momento le pregunte al asesor que si me entregaría un control nuevo o reacondicionado y me dijo que era nuevo que se los mandaba Sony para reemplazo al recibir el control me percato que la etiqueta de abajo estaba sucia así mismo los tornillos con un poco de suciedad el puerto de carga también sucio como el control es transparente me di a la tarea de revisarlo por el frente y tenia tierra pelusa por la parte de adentro reclame que ese no era un control nuevo y en ese momento me dieron otro que ya no tenia ningún detalle ni tierra por dentro aparentemente se veía nuevo falta que no falle No me lo entregaron en su empaqué original solo envuelto en plástico de burbujas que por que así se los envía Sony a granel para cambios, Otra cosa muy IMPORTANTE la GARANTIA me correspondía hasta el 4 de febrero del 2022 por que la compra la hice el 4 de febrero de este año 2021 y en el centro de servicio me entregaron una hoja del cambio físico donde se indica el numero de serie del control que me están entregando y ya nada mas me dieron 3 meses de garantía en teoría me recortaron la garantía al 2 de noviembre del 2021 y no tomaran en cuenta la fecha de compra original que me correspondía hasta el 4 de febrero del 2021 no se si se cosa de Sony o del centro de servicio pero lo que me dijeron que desde junio de este año 2021 Sony al cambiar un control ya nada mas daba 3 meses de garantía adicionales sin importar que como en mi caso aun me quedara mas garantía, Todo estuvo muy rápido pensé que iban a tardar días pero el control que iban a entregar que estaba sucio y aparentemente usado honestamente ya no estoy tranquilo con el segundo control que me dieron la verdad si aparenta ser nuevo no tiene ningún detalle pero si me da a pensar si entregan realmente cosas nuevas o que es lo que pasa?? Por que si estuvo muy raro lo sucedido.

Because what happened was very strange.
