I took a control of ps5 to guarantee, they told me that in a week they would have my command and so it was, a little late but they met the date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuatro semanas para que se me dijera lo que ya sabía, a parte de que no me lo pudieron reparar me cobraron revisión, me pareció mala manera de actuar, no le pongo menos estrellas por que no se puede, definitivamente no recomiendo el lugar.
Four weeks to be told what I already knew, apart from the fact that they couldn't repair it, they charged me for a revision, it seemed like a bad way to act, I don't give it less stars because it can't be done, I definitely don't recommend the place.

Y en menos de 40' regresan la llamada diciendo que ya está (??). Solicitamos el diagnóstico por escrito y es fecha que aún no lo envían (10 días más).
They took more days than promised (10 in total) to make a diagnosis; we had to call and at that point they say they don't have it yet. And in less than 40' they return the call saying that it's done (??). We request the diagnosis in writing and it is the date that they have not yet sent it (10 more days).
