★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente, apenas veré el resultado de su trabajo pero en actitud y servicio al cliente, PÉSIMO, con la señora que atiende. No entiendo, veo varias reseñas que se quejan de lo mismo y no hacen nada por cambiar de empleada o capacitar a su personal para QUE SEA COMPETENTE.
 Bad customer service, I will hardly see the result of their work but in attitude and customer service, AWFUL, with the lady who attends. I do not understand, I see several reviews that complain about the same and do nothing to change employees or train their staff to BE COMPETENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, via telefonica te dicen que haven la reparacion y cuando vas te toma mas de 20 minutos que te atiendan.
La verdad de que sirve hablar y pedir informacion si cuando llegas, no te atienden.
Terrible service, by phone they tell you that they have the repair and when you go it takes you more than 20 minutes to attend you.
The truth is that it is useful to talk and ask for information if when you arrive, they do not attend you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a reparar una Lap, me dieron un mal diagnóstico y el costo elevado. La dueña una señora amargada y muy grosera. Evitate una molestia con esta gente y no lleves a este lugar arreglar tus aparatos.
I had a Lap repaired, they gave me a bad diagnosis and the high cost. The owner is a bitter and very rude lady. Avoid a nuisance with these people and do not take to this place to fix your appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la señorita que atiende has el poco profesionalismo de sus compañeros, precios súper elevados y si no aceptas el costo misteriosamente te ofrecen un descuento (el precio creo real) de la reparación no lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo leí reseñas y me arriesgué ahora se que este lugar solo busca ganar dinero con sus revisiones
